   WILL MOVE ACROSS UT THIS EVENING AND INTO WRN CO BY EARLY SUNDAY.
   STRONG LARGE SCALE ASCENT WILL BE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM...AND
   STRONG TO SEVERE TSTMS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS WRN CO/UT THIS AFTN WITH
   THE POTENTIAL FOR OCCASIONAL DRY LIGHTNING STRIKES AND GUSTY WINDS.
   A SFC COLD FRONT WILL ALSO MOVE ACROSS CNTRL/SRN UT SATURDAY...SO
   SHIFTING WINDS MAY ALSO POSE A FIRE THREAT. CONTINUED ABOVE NORMAL
   TEMPS ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS COMBINED WITH LOW HUMIDITY WILL STRESS
   THE ALREADY DRY VEGETATION FOR ANOTHER DAY AND COULD CAUSE MARGINAL
   CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS.

   STRONG TSTMS WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTN ACROSS THE AREA...AND WILL
   CREATE HAZARDOUS WIND GUSTS AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
   INVERTED-V THERMODYNAMIC PROFILES SUPPORT ISOLD DRY LIGHTNING
   STRIKES. IN ADDITION...GUSTY WINDS WILL DEVELOP AHEAD OF THE
   APPROACHING COLD FRONT ACROSS SRN UT/SW CO.
   
   ...CNTRL/SRN OK THROUGH NCNTRL TX...
   LATEST OBSERVATIONS CONTINUE TO REFLECT HIGH/VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER
   ACROSS MUCH OF NCNTRL TX...THE ERN TX PANHANDLE AND SRN/CNTRL
   PORTIONS OF OK. ALTHOUGH A COLD FRONT WILL AFFECT THE REGION THIS
   WEEKEND WITH MUCH NEEDED RAIN EXPECTED SATURDAY AFTN THROUGH SUNDAY.
   HOWEVER...ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS /100-108/ ARE FORECAST TODAY SOUTH OF
   THE FRONT WITH MIN RH VALUES AROUND OR JUST BELOW 25 PERCENT.
   SCATTERED SHOWERS/TSTMS WILL FORM ACROSS CNTRL OK/TX PANHANDLE BUT
   WILL LIKELY NOT AFFECT MUCH OF NCNTRL TX UNTIL SUNDAY.

   WILL AMPLIFY IN THE WEST AHEAD OF DIGGING ERN PACIFIC TROUGH. TSTMS
   SHOULD BE LESS NUMEROUS ACROSS THE WEST THAN ON SATURDAY. UPPER
   LEVEL WINDS GENERALLY WILL BE WEAKER ACROSS THE INTERMOUNTAIN
   WEST/GREAT BASIN AND PACIFIC NORTHWEST...AND SFC WINDS SHOULD BE
   PRIMARILY TERRAIN DRIVEN WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR PLUME DOMINATED
