   WEST WITH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS AND DRY CONDITIONS FOR MUCH OF THE
   PACIFIC NORTHWEST AND CA. SFC COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO PROGRESS
   SEWD ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS...WITH WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION EXPECTED
   FROM FAR W TX THROUGH MO. WINDS ACROSS THE WEST WILL BE TERRAIN
   DRIVEN WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR PLUME DOMINATED FIRES. STRONG STORM
   SYSTEM WILL BE APPROACHING WRN BC BY EARLY MONDAY...WITH CRITICAL
   FIRE CONDITIONS DEVELOPING BY MONDAY AFTN ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE

   UPPER RIDGE ACROSS THE WEST WILL BREAK DOWN BEGINNING MONDAY...AS
   VIGOROUS UPPER TROUGH APPROACHES THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. THERMAL
   TROUGH WILL SET UP ACROSS CNTRL WA/ORE WITH ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS AND
   VERY LOW HUMIDITY. CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BECOME
   INCREASINGLY LIKELY BEGINNING MONDAY AFTERNOON AND ESPECIALLY
   THROUGH TUESDAY AS A STRONG COLD FRONT SWEEPS THROUGH THE PACIFIC
   NORTHWEST.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: RH VALUES BELOW 15 PERCENT/ABOVE NORMAL
   TEMPS/HIGH HAINES INDICES/DRY FUELS
   
   TEMPS MONDAY WILL MAX OUT IN THE 90S TO NEAR 103...WHICH IS AROUND
   10-15 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THIS WILL CAUSE MINIMUM RH VALUES TO
   FALL BELOW 10-15 PERCENT. THE STRONGEST MID LEVEL WINDS ASSOCIATED
   WITH THE UPPER TROUGH WILL STAY WEST OF THE OUTLOOK AREA ON
   MONDAY...MAINLY ACROSS WRN ORE/WA. HOWEVER...GUSTY WINDS ARE LIKELY
   IN THE COLUMBIA RIVER GORGE. NUMEROUS WILDFIRES CONTINUE IN THE
   AREA...AND FUELS REMAIN CRITICALLY DRY IN SOME LOCATIONS. THE
   POTENTIAL FOR DANGEROUS FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE
   THROUGH THE EARLY PART OF NEXT WEEK ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN/NRN
   ROCKIES.
