   RIDGE ACROSS THE WESTERN THIRD OF THE COUNTRY...AND A SLOW MOVING
   UPPER TROUGH OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST. AS COMPARED TO THIS
   WEEKEND...WARMER TEMPERATURES/LOWER RH VALUES ARE LIKELY ACROSS MUCH
   OF THE WESTERN STATES TODAY. WITH LIGHT BROAD SCALE
