   MORNING WATER VAPOR LOOPS SHOW NEXT UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
   APPROACHING THE BC COAST. LARGE SCALE HEIGHTS RISE SIGNIFICANTLY AS
   UPPER RIDGE BUILDS TODAY ACROSS THE NRN ROCKIES. MEANWHILE...SFC
   PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL TIGHTEN ACROSS THE LOWER CO RIVER VALLEY AND
   SRN CA...WITH OFFSHORE WINDS INCREASING IN RESPONSE. VERY LOW RH
   VALUES COMBINED WITH THE DRY FUELS WILL CONTRIBUTE TO CRITICAL FIRE
   WEATHER CONDITIONS ACROSS THE SRN/SCNTRL MTNS IN CA AND SOUTH COAST.
   SFC WINDS WILL ALSO BE GUSTY THROUGH THE CO RIVER VALLEY.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: GUSTY N/NE WINDS/LOW RH VALUES BELOW 10
   PERCENT/DRY FUELS
   
   MINIMUM RH VALUES FELL INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS ON SATURDAY...AND
   THESE VERY DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TODAY. IN
   ADDITION...SUSTAINED N/NE WINDS WILL INCREASE BELOW PASSES AND
   CANYONS BEGINNING EARLY THIS MORNING. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20-30 MPH
   ARE LIKELY WITH GUSTS FROM 35-45 MPH POSSIBLE. STRONG N WINDS ARE
   ALSO EXPECTED THROUGH THE CO RIVER VALLEY...WITH WINDS DIMINISHING
   LATER THIS AFTN...AS NEARBY JET STREAK MOVES AWAY FROM THE REGION.

   OFFSHORE WINDS ACROSS SRN CA MAY BE STRONG EARLY IN THE PERIOD...BUT
   WILL WEAKEN LATER IN THE DAY AS SFC PRESSURE GRADIENT RELAXES.
   ELSEWHERE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD ACROSS THE CNTRL PORTION OF THE
   CONUS IN THE WAKE OF STRONG SFC COLD FRONT. TEMPS WILL BE MUCH BELOW
   NORMAL ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE NRN PLAINS/UPPER MIDWEST FOR MONDAY.
