   INTERMOUNTAIN WEST...SPREADING INTO THE PLAINS STATES AND INTO THE
   MID MS VALLEY BY MON MORNING AS UPPER TROUGH CONTINUES TO SHIFT EWD
   ACROSS THE NERN U.S. EXISTING ENHANCED PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL
   CONTINUE TO CAUSE LOCALLY STRONG NELY WINDS NEAR THE SRN CA COASTAL
   RANGE WHERE FIRES ARE ONGOING. TO THE NORTH...THERMAL RIDGE WILL
   STRENGTHEN AND WILL EXTEND FROM WRN OREGON SWD INTO NRN CA...WITH
   WARMING TEMPERATURES...CONTINUED LOW RH AND WEAKENING WINDS. DRY
   NWLY FLOW WILL EXIST ACROSS THE NRN PLAINS FROM MT INTO THE DAKOTAS
   WITH CLOCKWISE FLOW AROUND HIGH PRESSURE TO THE SOUTH.
   
   ...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA - SRN CA...
   
   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: LOCALLY STRONG AND GUSTY ELY/NELY WINDS AND VERY
   LOW RH
   
   STRONG AND GUSTY NELY WINDS AROUND 20-40 MPH WILL BE ONGOING THIS
   MORNING WITH STRONG GUSTS CONTINUING THROUGH THE DAY. RH LEVELS WILL
   DROP TO NEAR 10 PERCENT...PRODUCING CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS. WINDS
   BY MON MORNING WILL BE WEAKER THAN PREVIOUS TWO DAYS...BUT STILL
   LOCALLY GUSTING OVER 20-30 MPH WITH POOR RH RECOVERY.
   
   ...NRN CA INTO WRN OREGON...
   LOCALLY STRONG ELY WINDS WILL BE ONGOING THIS MORNING MAINLY ALONG
   THE W SLOPES OF THE SIERRA...COASTAL RANGE AND OREGON CASCADES WITH
   MODERATELY STRONG PRESSURE GRADIENT IN PLACE. THIS GRADIENT WILL
   WEAKEN THROUGHOUT THE DAY...WITH DECREASING WINDS. HOWEVER...THERMAL
   RIDGE WILL INTENSIFY...PRODUCING VERY WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS.
   THEREFORE...ENHANCED FIRE ACTIVITY IS LIKELY LATE IN THE DAY NEAR
   PEAK HEATING. WINDS WILL THEN BE LIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING.
