   WINDS OVER SRN CA. IT WILL BE MARGINALLY WINDY AND DRY ACROSS THE
   NRN ROCKIES/HIGH PLAINS IN ADVANCE OF CANADIAN LOW....WHICH WILL
   STRENGTHEN OVERNIGHT INTO TUE.

   LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS THROUGH PASSES/CANYONS WILL BE ONGOING THIS
   MORNING...BUT WILL DECREASE THROUGHOUT THE DAY. RH WILL REMAIN VERY
   LOW IN THE MTNS AND ACROSS THE DESERTS...WHICH WILL STILL FAVOR FIRE
   GROWTH DURING THE AFTERNOON. GIVEN WEAKENING PRESSURE

   THERMAL RIDGE WILL REMAIN IN PLACE TODAY WITH WARMER TEMPERATURES.

   BY LATE AFTERNOON...FIRE GROWTH POTENTIAL WILL INCREASE AS LOW TO
   MID LEVEL LAPSE RATES APPROACH DRY ADIABATIC WITH DEEP MIXING
   LAYERS.

   HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE AREA WITH NWLY WIND SPEEDS

   SWLY WINDS OF 10-20 MPH NM/TX/WRN OK. RH WILL RANGE FROM 15 PERCENT
   NM TO 20-30 PERCENT INTO OK.

   PRESENCE OF A VERY WARM AND DRY AIR MASS WILL ALLOW FOR INCREASED
