   GREAT BASIN. UPPER LOW IS FORECAST TO GENERALLY REMAIN ALONG THE
   COAST...DEEPENING OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS. MEANWHILE...SFC LOW OVER
   CNTRL NV WILL STRENGTHEN...WITH INCREASING PRESSURE GRADIENT AND
   WIND. ALTHOUGH BREEZY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TODAY ACROSS PORTIONS
   OF NV/AZ/SRN CA...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS DO NOT APPEAR
   LIKELY DUE TO MARGINAL RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND COOLER TEMPS. FARTHER
   EAST...SFC COLD FRONT WILL EXTEND FROM THE OH RIVER VALLEY THROUGH
   OK/AR AND THE TX PANHANDLE BY THIS EVENING.

   WINDY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP TODAY ACROSS PORTIONS OF NRN AZ/SRN NV
   AND SRN CA...WITH SUSTAINED S/SW WINDS OF 15-25 MPH WITH HIGHER
   GUSTS. HOWEVER...TEMPS WILL BE NORMAL OR SLIGHTLY BELOW
