   MN...WITH A STRONG COLD FRONT BEHIND IT. THIS FRONT WILL SURGE SEWD
   THROUGH THE NRN PLAINS AND AS FAR S AS KS BY AFTERNOON BRINGING VERY
   STRONG NWLY WINDS. TO THE SOUTH...A SRN STREAM WAVE WILL MOVE INTO
   THE SRN PLAINS...WITH INCREASED WLY WINDS BEHIND IT FROM NM INTO
   TX...ALONG WITH LOW RH. ELSEWHERE...A DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN OVER
   THE SERN STATES AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS OFFSHORE LATE.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: STRONG WINDS AND LOW RH
   
   AN UPPER SHORTWAVE TROUGH WILL MOVE ACROSS NM AND W TX EARLY IN THE
   DAY. IN ITS WAKE...WINDS WILL VEER AND BECOME WLY WITH SUSTAINED
   SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 20 MPH...WITH GUSTS OVER 30 MPH. RH WILL LIKELY
   DROP TO NEAR 15 PERCENT REGION WIDE...COMBINING WITH THE STRONG
   WINDS TO PRODUCE CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS.
   
   ...SRN NEB AND NRN KS...
   A VERY STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH BY LATE MORNING...WITH
   INCREASING WIND THROUGHOUT THE DAY. SPEEDS OF 30-40 MPH APPEAR
   LIKELY...ALONG WITH MIN RH AVERAGING 20-25 PERCENT. PORTIONS OF WRN
   NEB MAY SEE VALUES INTO THE UPPER TEENS FOR A SHORT PERIOD DURING
   THE AFTERNOON. THE LOW RH VALUES WILL NOT LAST LONG AS RAPID COOLING
   TAKES PLACE.

   NEAR CRITICAL CONDITIONS WILL EXIST TODAY OVER MUCH OF NRN AND WRN
   OK AS WELL AS CNTRL AND NRN TX...DUE TO SLY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH AND
   RH LEVELS OF 20-30 PERCENT. LOWER RH VALUES WILL EXIST OVER FAR WRN
   OK AND THE TX PANHANDLE...BUT WINDS WILL NOT BE AS STRONG AS POINTS
   E. FUELS ARE VERY DRY ESPECIALLY OVER NRN OK/SRN KS WHERE THE
   GREATEST THREAT WILL EXIST.

   IT WILL REMAIN VERY DRY TODAY DUE TO HIGH PRESSURE. MIN RH VALUES
   BELOW 30 PERCENT ARE LIKELY WITH STRONG DAYTIME HEATING...BUT WINDS
   WILL REMAIN LIGHT.

   GUSTY NLY WINDS. MOISTURE WILL RETURN E OF THIS FRONT ACROSS THE
   SERN STATES WHERE HIGH PRESSURE PREVIOUSLY RESIDED. TO THE W...WEAK
   ZONAL FLOW WILL EXIST ACROSS THE SWRN STATES WITH A DRY AIR MASS AT
   THE SURFACE BUT LIGHT WINDS.
   
   ...NRN/WRN OK INTO W CNTRL TX...
   COOLER AIR WILL MOVE IN BEHIND THE FRONT...BUT SOME HEATING WILL
   ALLOW RH LEVELS TO DROP INTO THE 20-30 PERCENT RANGE. NLY WINDS WILL
