   ZONAL FLOW ACROSS THE SRN TIER OF STATES. AT THE SURFACE...A COLD
   FRONT WILL MOVE RAPIDLY EWD ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY REGION INTO THE
   APPALACHIANS...WITH SRN END MOVING SLOWER ACROSS THE LOWER MS VALLEY
   INTO CNTRL TX. BEHIND THIS FRONT...A COOL AND DRY AIR MASS WILL
   COVER MUCH OF THE MIDWEST AND PLAINS STATES WITH HIGH PRESSURE. TO
   THE WEST...ANOTHER FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL EXTEND FROM OREGON SEWD
   ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN AND INTO CO WITH COOL AIR TO THE N. DRY AIR
   WILL RESIDE SOUTH OF THIS BOUNDARY OVER THE SWRN STATES.
   
   ...CNTRL/NW TX...
   A COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH SWD INTO CNTRL TX TODAY WITH NWLY
   WINDS OF 10-15 MPH. MIN RH VALUES WILL DECREASE TO 25-30 PERCENT
   WITH LOCALLY LOWER VALUES. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL BE RELATIVELY LOW DUE
   TO COOL AIR.

   SOME PRECIPITATION N OF THE FRONT FROM MS INTO TN/KY. TO THE
   WEST...A DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN OVER THE GREAT BASIN AND DESERT SW
