   WILL EXIST ACROSS AZ AND NRN NM AS WELL AS INTO THE LOWER CO RIVER
   VALLEY AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS SWD AND UPPER LEVEL WINDS VEER.

   N WINDS WILL INCREASE ON SAT AS UPPER FLOW VEERS WITH ADVANCING HIGH
   PRESSURE. AFTERNOON RH WILL DIP INTO THE TEENS WHILE N WINDS AVERAGE
   10-15 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS. RH WILL LOCALLY REACH THE SINGLE DIGITS
   INTO THE LOWER ELEVATIONS. OVERNIGHT...N WINDS MAY INCREASE THROUGH
   FAVORABLE PASSES/CANYONS WHICH WILL KEEP RH LOW. FUELS REMAIN QUITE
   DRY GIVEN DROUGHT THUS ANY WIND WILL RESULT IN HIGHER FIRE DANGER.

   RH WILL DECREASE ON SAT COMPARED TO PREVIOUS DAY AS HIGH PRESSURE
   WARMS/MODIFIES. MIN VALUES WILL AVERAGE 20-30 PERCENT. WINDS WILL BE
   LIGHT...EXCEPT NEAR 10 MPH ACROSS CNTRL AND SRN FL. WHERE RH WILL BE
   HIGHER. STILL...DROUGHT REMAINS ACROSS THE AREA WITH INCREASED FIRE
