   FLOW WILL THEN BE MAINTAINED ACROSS ERN NM INTO THE SRN/CNTRL PLAINS
   THIS WEEKEND. SLY SFC WINDS WILL RESPOND TO INCREASING PRESSURE
   GRADIENT ACROSS THE SRN HIGH PLAINS...WITH BREEZY CONDITIONS BY LATE
   MORNING/AFTN.

   TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO BE 10-15 DEGREES HIGHER THAN
   NORMAL...RANGING FROM THE LOW/MID 60S ACROSS THE TX PANHANDLE TO
   LOWER 70S NEAR AND SOUTH OF THE RED RIVER. OVER THE SRN HIGH
   PLAINS...MIN RH VALUES WILL FALL BELOW 25 PERCENT BUT MODERATE SLY
   WINDS WILL MITIGATE POTENTIAL FOR CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS ACROSS A

   UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST WITH MILD
   TEMPS FROM THE MID ATLANTIC AND OH VALLEY REGION SWD TO THE GULF
   COAST. LEE TROUGH WILL BE MAINTAINED OVER THE HIGH PLAINS...WHILE
   SFC COLD FRONT ACCELERATES INTO THE CNTRL PLAINS BY EVENING. MAIN
   FIRE CONCERNS APPEAR TO BE FOCUSED ACROSS THE SRN HIGH PLAINS WHERE
   MODERATELY STRONG S/SW WINDS WILL DEVELOP ALONG WITH LOW HUMIDITY
