   EARLY MORNING WATER VAPOR LOOPS SHOW A SERIES OF IMPULSES AFFECTING
   THE NRN CONUS AND CNTRL CANADIAN PROVINCES. SHORT WAVE RIDGE WILL
   BUILD TODAY ACROSS THE NRN PLAINS...RESULTING IN MUCH ABOVE NORMAL
   TEMPERATURES FOR THE DAKOTAS/UPPER MIDWEST THROUGH THE CNTRL PLAINS.
   THE WARM TEMPERATURES WILL EXTEND INTO THE SRN PLAINS AS WELL...WITH
   HIGHS IN THE 60S/70S. ALTHOUGH RH VALUES WILL BE LOW ACROSS THE SRN
   PLAINS...MODERATE WINDS WILL LESSEN ANY FIRE WEATHER THREAT. FRIDAY
   WILL BE WARM AND SLIGHTLY WINDIER...ESPECIALLY IN THE SRN HIGH
   PLAINS INVOF THE LEE TROUGH.

   TOWARD HUDSON BAY AND ONTARIO. SFC LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL
   STRENGTHEN IN RESPONSE TO SIGNIFICANT LARGE SCALE HEIGHT FALLS
   /180-210 M PER 12 HOUR/ SPREADING ACROSS THE NRN ROCKIES. DEEPENING
   LEE TROUGH IN THE HIGH PLAINS WILL INDUCE STRONGER SFC WINDS FROM
   ERN NM/W TX THROUGH THE CNTRL PLAINS. THE STRONGEST WINDS
   THOUGH...WILL OCCUR ACROSS MT/WY CLOSER TO THE TRACK OF THE SYNOPTIC
   LOW. FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE ACROSS THE SRN
   HIGH PLAINS...ALTHOUGH CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE NOT
   ANTICIPATED.
   
   ...SERN CO/ERN NM PLAINS/FAR W THROUGH SW TX...
   HIGH TEMPS ON FRIDAY WILL RANGE FROM THE MID/UPPER 60S IN ERN NM TO 
   UPPER 70S/LOWER 80S ACROSS SCNTRL TX. WITH TEMP/DEWPOINT SPREADS ON
   THE ORDER OF 45-50 DEGREES...MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL RANGE FROM 15-20
   PERCENT. S/SW WINDS WILL INCREASE ON FRIDAY BUT SHOULD REMAIN BELOW
   CRITICAL VALUES.
