   CONDITIONS OVER MUCH OF SWRN TX WHERE IT WILL REMAIN RELATIVELY DRY.
   ELSEWHERE...IT WILL REMAIN DRY OVER SRN CA/AZ WITH HIGH PRESSURE
   OVER THE GREAT BASIN CREATING COOL CONDITIONS AND LIGHT NLY WINDS.
   
   ...SWRN TX...
   IT WILL BECOME VERY WINDY EARLY IN THE DAY WITH SUSTAINED WINDS
   AVERAGING AROUND 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 40 MPH. IT WILL BE
   RELATIVELY COOL WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES FROM THE MID 50S TO THE LOWER
   60S. THUS...RH LEVELS WILL ONLY DIP TO 20-25 PERCENT AT PEAK
   HEATING. GIVEN LONG TERM DROUGHT CONDITIONS...THE WIND/RH
   COMBINATION MAY POSE A MARGINAL FIRE THREAT DURING THE AFTERNOON.

   TROUGH WILL AFFECT THE PACIFIC NW WITH WIND AND PRECIPITATION.

   IT WILL BE VERY DRY ACROSS THE HILL COUNTRY OF CNTRL/SRN TX ON THU
   UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF HIGH PRESSURE. WNWLY WINDS SHOULD AVERAGE
   10-15 MPH WITH MIN RH NEAR 15-20 PERCENT.
   
   ...LOWER CO RIVER VALLEY...
   HIGH PRESSURE SITUATED OVER THE GREAT BASIN WILL INDUCE NLY WINDS OF
   10-15 MPH THROUGH THE CO RIVER VALLEY. MIN RH WILL GENERALLY BE IN
   THE 20 PERCENT RANGE WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES NEAR 60.
