   MODERATELY STRONG N/NE WINDS WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING THROUGH
   TONIGHT IN RESPONSE TO BUILDING 1035MB HIGH PRESSURE IN THE ERN
   GREAT BASIN. MINIMUM RH VALUES BELOW 15 PERCENT...COMBINED WITH
   SUSTAINED WINDS OF 15-30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS...WILL INCREASE
   POTENTIAL FOR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS TODAY. OFFSHORE WINDS
