   FIRE WEATHER PATTERN WILL REMAIN QUIET THROUGH THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND.
   EARLY MORNING WATER VAPOR LOOPS SHOW UPPER LOW S/SE OF THE TX BIG
   BEND AREA. THIS SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE MOVING E/NE ACROSS TX
   TODAY...AND INTO THE LOWER MS VALLEY BY TONIGHT. IN THE NRN
   STREAM...WELL DEFINED SHORTWAVE TROUGH WILL MOVE EAST INTO THE NRN
   PLAINS AS A STRONG 100-100KT MID LEVEL JET DIVES SOUTHEAST ACROSS
   THE PLAINS OVERNIGHT. 
   
   UPPER RIDGE WILL AMPLIFY IN THE WEST...AHEAD OF NEXT PACIFIC
   NORTHWEST STORM. AT THE SFC...GREAT BASIN HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLOWLY
   MOVE EAST AND STRENGTHEN...MAINTAINING SOME OFFSHORE COMPONENT TO
   SFC WINDS ACROSS SRN CA. GRADIENT WILL BE FAIRLY WEAK...SO OFFSHORE
   WINDS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE A FIRE THREAT.

   NRN STREAM AND SRN STREAM IMPULSES WILL PHASE INTO ONE LARGE LONG
   WAVE TROUGH BY MONDAY AND MOVE ACROSS THE LOWER/MID MS VALLEY DURING
   THE DAY. UPPER LOW WILL BEGIN TO DEEPEN RAPIDLY OVER THE CUMBERLAND
   PLATEAU MONDAY NIGHT IN RESPONSE TO DIGGING 120-130 KT JET STREAK.
   IN ADDITION INTENSE SFC CYCLOGENESIS WILL BEGIN MONDAY AFTN WITH A
   SECONDARY LOW DEVELOPING OFF THE CAROLINA COAST. WIDESPREAD
   PRECIPITATION WILL AFFECT THE ERN PORTION OF THE CONUS THROUGH TUE
   ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM. RIDGE WILL BUILD ACROSS THE CNTRL
   CONUS. STRONG POST-FRONTAL SFC WINDS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
   CNTRL/SRN PLAINS. HOWEVER...RECENT PRECIPITATION AND COOL
   TEMPERATURES IN THIS AREA WILL OFFSET ANY FIRE HAZARDS WITH
   INCREASING WINDS.
