   FIRE WEATHER PATTERN WILL REMAIN QUIET THROUGH MID WEEK. EARLY
   MORNING WATER VAPOR LOOPS INDICATE A SERIES OF IMPULSES WITHIN
   LARGER LARGE SCALE TROUGH NOW MOVING INTO THE TN VALLEY. FARTHER
   WEST...POTENT SHORTWAVE TROUGH IS NOTED ABOUT 500 NM FROM THE CNTRL
   ORE COAST. THIS TROUGH WILL MOVE INTO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST BY THIS
   EVENING WITH HEAVY RAIN AND SNOW EXPECTED FOR MUCH OF THE NORTHWEST
   AND SIERRA. SFC LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL BE LIFTING NORTHEAST ACROSS
   SRN NEW ENGLAND WITH AREAS OF PRECIPITATION FROM UPSTATE NY TO ME.
   ELSEWHERE...ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS AND LIGHT WINDS ARE EXPECTED FROM THE
   UPPER MIDWEST SWD ACROSS THE PLAINS.

   UPPER STORM SYSTEM NOW OFF THE WEST COAST WILL AMPLIFY IN RESPONSE
   TO A DIGGING 110KT MID LEVEL JET. A CLOSED LOW IS EXPECTED TO FORM
   BY EARLY THU MORNING NEAR THE FOUR CORNERS REGION. SFC LEE TROUGH
   WILL DEEPEN ON WEDNESDAY...WITH THE INCREASING PRESSURE GRADIENT
   RESULTING IN STRENGTHENING WINDS ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS. SFC HIGH
   WILL GRADUALLY BUILD ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST AND TN VALLEY.
   
   ...SRN HIGH PLAINS...
   HIGH TEMPS WILL RISE INTO THE UPPER 50S TO UPPER 60S ON
   WEDNESDAY...WITH MINIMUM RH VALUES FALLING BELOW 20 PERCENT.
   ALTHOUGH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE FROM THE
   WEST/SOUTHWEST...SUSTAINED SPEEDS WILL BE IN THE 10-20 MPH RANGE.
   FIRE CONCERNS WILL INCREASE SOMEWHAT ON WEDNESDAY DUE TO INCREASING
   WINDS/ABOVE NORMAL TEMPS...BUT CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS ARE NOT
   ANTICIPATED.
