   SURFACE LOW PRESSURE OVER THE FAR NRN ROCKIES...WITH AN ASSOCIATED
   COLD FRONT MOVING SEWD THROUGH THE NRN GREAT BASIN/NRN CA.

   WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW THIS MORNING WILL BECOME WEAK ONSHORE THIS

   DOWNSTREAM...A LEE SURFACE PRESSURE TROUGH WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE
   SRN HIGH PLAINS. MODEST DOWNSLOPE FLOW IN VICINITY OF THE TROUGH
   WILL ENHANCE WARMING/DRYING AFTER RECENT PRECIPITATION.

   SUBSTANTIAL DOWNSLOPE DRYING WILL COMMENCE NEAR 12Z FRIDAY AS
   STRONG LOW-LEVEL NLY WINDS DEVELOP AFTER THE PASSAGE OF A COLD
   FRONT. IN ADDITION...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE 30S/40S BEHIND
