   ACROSS SRN CA...WITH MARGINAL CONDITIONS INTO AZ AND TX. RH WILL
   LOWER BEHIND THE COLD FRONT INTO THE LOWER MS VALLEY/DEEP SOUTH AS

   TEMPERATURES
   
   STRONG NELY WINDS WILL BE ONGOING THIS MORNING AND WILL CONTINUE FOR
   MOST OF THE DAY. IT WILL BE WARMER WITH HIGHS IN THE LOWER 80S. THIS
   WILL BRING MIN RH VALUES WELL INTO THE LOWER TEENS AND UPPER SINGLE
   DIGITS. GIVEN WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 50-60 MPH...AND MULTIPLE DAYS
   OF DRY/WINDY WEATHER...EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS FIRE CONDITIONS WILL
   EXIST.  WINDS WILL PERSIST OVERNIGHT BEFORE DECREASING LATER TUE.

   MARGINAL FIRE CONDITIONS WILL EXIST TODAY WITH SLIGHTLY WEAKER WINDS
