   REMAIN CENTERED OVER THE GREAT BASIN. A WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
   EXIST OVER SRN CA...BUT GIVEN BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER
   40S/LOWER 50S IN LOWER ELEVATIONS AND GENERALLY LIGHT
   WINDS...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE PRESENT TODAY.
   ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE NATION...VERY COLD BEHIND AND HUMID AIR AHEAD
   OF A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL PRECLUDE ANY FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS.

   A SECONDARY UPPER TROUGH /LOCATED OVER BRITISH COLUMBIA EARLY THIS
   MORNING/ WILL ROTATE SWD THROUGH THE WRN CONUS TOMORROW. THIS SYSTEM
   WILL AID IN MAINTAINING THE BROAD UPPER TROUGH CENTERED OVER THE
   ROCKIES. OFFSHORE WINDS WILL INCREASE OVER SRN CA IN THE WAKE OF
   THIS SECONDARY SYSTEM. NO OTHER AREAS OF FIRE WEATHER CONCERN WILL
   EXIST AS A LARGE SEASONABLY COLD AIRMASS WILL BE ENTRENCHED OVER THE
   PLAINS BEHIND A COLD FRONT...WITH MILD/MOIST CONDITIONS AHEAD OF A
   FRONT OVER THE EAST.

   IN THE WAKE OF THIS SECONDARY UPPER TROUGH...SFC HIGH PRESSURE WILL
   BUILD OVER THE GREAT BASIN /TO AROUND 1045 MB/...AND FLOW IN THE
   LOWEST 10 KFT WILL BECOME NELY AND INCREASE /AIDED BY STRONGER
   OFFSHORE GRADIENTS/. THE MOST UNIDIRECTIONAL LOW LEVEL FLOW IS
   EXPECTED TO OCCUR AFTER THE END OF THE PERIOD ON DAY 3. THEREFORE
   CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED TOMORROW DUE TO A
   LIMITED DURATION OF STRONG WINDS /JUST A FEW HOURS AT THE END OF THE
   PERIOD WHEN THE GRADIENT IS GREATEST/ ALONG WITH COOL TEMPERATURES
   IN THE 40S/50S.
