   ...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
DEEP CYCLONIC FLOW CONTINUES OVER MOST OF THE NATION AS ARCTIC
AIRMASS PROGRESSES SWD/EWD THROUGH THE PLAINS. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE
EXTENDS FROM THE NRN ROCKIES TO THE SRN PLAINS...AND SURFACE LOW
PRESSURE FROM THE GREAT LAKES REGION TOWARD NOVA SCOTIA. FIRE
WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE OF MINIMAL CONCERN FOR MOST AREAS...WITH THE
EXCEPTION OF THE FAR SOUTHWEST WHERE DRY AND BREEZY WEATHER DEVELOPS

   ...CO RIVER VALLEY/SRN NEVADA/SRN CA...
STRONG SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO THE GREAT BASIN FRIDAY...
RESULTING IN NLY/NELY SURFACE WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH THROUGH THE
COLORADO RIVER VALLEY...AND 15 TO 25 MPH FROM SRN NEVADA TO THE
COASTAL RANGE OF SRN CA. THE AIRMASS IS EXPECTED TO BE DRY AS DEW
POINTS FALL BETWEEN 0F AND 10F...BUT COOL TEMPERATURES MAINTAIN AN
RH AT OR ABOVE 10 TO 15 PERCENT. ALTHOUGH WIND/HUMIDITY VALUES
APPROACH OR SLIGHTLY EXCEED CRITICAL DURING THE AFTERNOON...COOL
