   EARLY MORNING WATER VAPOR LOOPS SHOW AN APPROACHING STORM SYSTEM
   STILL SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES OFF THE WEST COAST. IN RESPONSE TO THIS
   SYSTEM...UPPER RIDGE AXIS WHICH HAS BEEN STATIONARY FOR SEVERAL
   DAYS...WILL FINALLY BE NUDGED EAST. MEANWHILE...DEEP TROUGH WILL
   PERSIST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES/NORTHEAST WITH CONTINUED MUCH BELOW
   NORMAL COLD TEMPERATURES. GREAT BASIN HIGH PRESSURE WILL WEAKEN
   TODAY AS IT MOVES INTO THE FOUR CORNERS REGION.
   
   ...SRN CA...
   OFFSHORE FLOW ACROSS SRN CA WILL REMAIN WEAK...LIMITING POTENTIAL
   FOR CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS. HOWEVER...MONDAY WILL BE ANOTHER DAY
   OF ABOVE NORMAL/NEAR RECORD HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE 70S/80S.
   MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL REMAIN BELOW 15-20 PERCENT UNTIL ONSHORE FLOW
   BECOMES ESTABLISHED BY TUESDAY.

   LEVEL IMPULSES AFFECT THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AND NRN CA. AT THE
   SFC...LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST ALONG STATIONARY FRONT
    WHICH WILL EXTEND FROM THE NRN HIGH PLAINS TO CNTRL NEB. LEE TROUGH
   WILL DEEPEN ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON WITH BREEZY S/SWLY WINDS DEVELOPING
   ACROSS THE SRN PLAINS. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF BELOW NORMAL
   TEMPERATURES...A WARMING TREND WILL COMMENCE ON TUESDAY ACROSS THE
   SRN PLAINS IN ADVANCE OF A SFC COLD FRONT WHICH WILL AFFECT THE
   REGION LATE WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY.
