   THE COUNTRY WITH VERY COOL BUT DRY CONDITIONS. TO THE W...SRN STREAM
   TROUGH WILL BE AFFECTING CA AND THE BAJA WITH INCREASED MOISTURE ON
   SWLY FLOW.

   PRESENCE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES COOL...BUT HUMIDITY
   LEVELS WILL BE VERY LOW. VALUES OF 10-15 PERCENT WILL PREVAIL OVER
   PORTIONS OF THE CAROLINAS...ERN TN AND NRN GA WHILE TEMPERATURES
   STRUGGLE TO REACH 50 F. FARTHER S...HUMIDITIES OF 20-30 PERCENT WILL
   BE COMMON FROM SRN GA/AL INTO THE FL PANHANDLE. NWLY WINDS WILL
   GENERALLY BE LIGHT BUT MAY REACH 10-15 MPH ESPECIALLY OVER SRN GA
   INTO FL. THE LOW RH AND WIND WILL INCREASE FIRE DANGER ESPECIALLY IN
   AREAS THAT HAVE RECEIVED RELATIVELY LITTLE PRECIPITATION IN RECENT

   WHICH WILL INCREASE HUMIDITY VALUES OVER THE LOWER MS VALLEY AND
   GULF COAST STATES. IT WILL...HOWEVER...REMAIN VERY DRY FROM AL EWD
   TO THE MID ATLANTIC BEFORE HIGH MOVES OFFSHORE.
   
   ...NRN FL INTO AL/GA/CAROLINAS...
   TEMPERATURES WILL WARM ON SUNDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO MODIFY.
   THIS WILL RESULT IN VERY LOW HUMIDITY VALUES AND LIGHT WINDS.
   TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM NEAR 70 OVER N CNTRL FL TO THE LOWER
   50S WRN NC. HUMIDITY WILL DIP WELL INTO THE 20 PERCENT RANGE AS FAR
