   THE SRN PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON.

   A COOL BUT DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE TODAY WITH LONG
   DURATIONS OF LOW HUMIDITY. MIN RH VALUES WILL RANGE FROM THE TEENS
   FROM VA SWD INTO GA...WITH VALUES NEAR 35 PERCENT AS FAR S AS CNTRL
   FL. WINDS WILL BE LIGHT WHICH SUGGESTS LIMITED THREAT OF FIRE SPREAD
   POTENTIAL ALTHOUGH THREAT OF NEW STARTS WILL BE HIGH. ANY THREAT
   WILL END ABRUPTLY DURING THE EVENING AS INVERSION INCREASES AND

   REMAIN MODERATELY LOW ACROSS THE CAROLINAS INTO GA DURING THE

   NEAR CRITICAL CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR ON MONDAY DUE TO A COMBINATION
   OF STRONG WINDS AND MODERATELY LOW RH VALUES. AS UPPER SHORTWAVE
   MOVES BY...SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20-30 MPH WILL BE LIKELY WITH HIGHER
   GUSTS. MIN RH VALUES ARE FORECAST TO RANGE FROM 20-30 PERCENT. THE
   COMBINATION OF ONLY MARGINALLY LOW RH AND ANTECEDENT FUEL MOISTURE
   CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY KEEP THREAT MARGINAL.

   RH LEVELS WILL BE UP SIGNIFICANTLY FROM PREVIOUS DAY AS HIGH
   PRESSURE WEAKENS. STILL...MARGINALLY LOW VALUES OF 30-35 PERCENT
   WILL BE LIKELY FROM GA INTO THE CAROLINAS WITH WARMING TEMPERATURES.
