   ...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
AN ACTIVE SRN JET STREAM WILL PERSIST TODAY WITH ONE SHORTWAVE

WINDS OVER NM AND W TX...WHILE MOISTURE INCREASES AHEAD OF IT INTO
THE LOWER MS VALLEY. MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE WILL WEAKEN OVER THE
SERN STATES...ALLOWING RH LEVELS TO RISE.

   ...SERN NM/W TX...
NEAR CRITICAL CONDITIONS ARE ANTICIPATED TODAY DUE TO STRONG WLY
WINDS AND MARGINALLY LOW RH VALUES. WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 25-35 MPH
WITH GUSTS OVER 40 MPH BY 18Z TODAY...AS SURFACE LOW SHIFTS INTO NW
TX. MIN RH VALUE ARE ONLY EXPECTED TO DIP TO 20-30 PERCENT WITH
TEMPERATURES MAINLY IN THE 60S. GIVEN MARGINAL RH AND FUEL
CONDITIONS...WIDESPREAD CRITICAL CONDITIONS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED
   ALTHOUGH THREAT WILL BE ELEVATED.

   ...SERN STATES...
WEAKENING HIGH PRESSURE AND APPROACHING SURFACE LOW WILL ALLOW FOR
AN INCREASE IN RH VALUES TODAY. WEAK SLY WINDS OFF THE OCEAN WILL
CAUSE A SUBSTANTIAL INCREASE OVER THE FL PENINSULA AND ATLANTIC
COAST WITH VALUES WELL OVER 50 PERCENT...WHILE INLAND OVER GA AND
THE CAROLINAS VALUES BOTTOM FROM 25-35 PERCENT.
