   THE E...A SPRAWLING AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL STRETCH FROM THE
   ROCKIES TO THE ATLANTIC COAST PROVIDING COOL AND DRY CONDITIONS
   WHILE A NOREASTER RAGES ACROSS NEW ENGLAND.
   
   ...SRN CA DESERTS AND LOWER CO RIVER VALLEY AREA...
   NLY WINDS OF 15-20 MPH ARE ANTICIPATED IN WAKE OF UPPER TROUGH. A
   FEW GUSTS MAY REACH 30 MPH. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO THE 60S WITH
   MIN RH VALUES NEAR 20 PERCENT. RH RECOVERY WILL NOT BE VERY GOOD
   OVERNIGHT WITH MORE INTENSE DRYING ON THU.

   IT WILL BE COOL...BREEZY AND DRY BEHIND A COLD FRONT. NWLY WINDS OF
   15-20 MPH ARE LIKELY WITH TEMPERATURES MAINLY IN THE 50S. THIS WILL
   ALLOW RH TO DROP INTO THE 30-40 PERCENT RANGE WED AFTERNOON. GIVEN
   EXPECTED RAINFALL ON PRECEDING DAY AND COOL TEMPERATURES...FIRE
