   EITHER EVENT...HOWEVER...LONG-DORMANT GRASSLANDS AND BRUSH ACROSS
   THIS REGION SHOULD BECOME SUFFICIENTLY DRY TO SUPPORT SOME FIRE
   POTENTIAL UNDER AND BEHIND MID/UPPER TROUGH.  BY MID-AFTERNOON...MIN
   RH SHOULD DROP BELOW 20 PERCENT ACROSS MUCH OF W TX AND ERN NM. 
   MAIN LIMITING FACTOR FOR ORGANIZED WILDFIRE THREAT MAY BE LACK OF
   MORE ROBUST WINDS...THOUGH MAX OF AROUND 20-25 MPH IS EXPECTED FOR A
   FEW HOURS LATE MORNING THROUGH MID-AFTERNOON BEFORE DIMINISHING.

   DAY-1...THEN DISSIPATE THROUGH DAY-2.  MEANWHILE...STRONG SFC LOW
   WILL MOVE ESEWD ACROSS NRN MN AND LAKES SUPERIOR/HURON...AHEAD OF
   UPPER TROUGH.  SEASONALLY WARM CONDITIONS...AFTERNOON RH DROPPING
   UNDER 20 PERCENT...AND DRY/DORMANT 10 H FUELS...WILL PERSIST ACROSS
   PORTIONS SRN HIGH PLAINS.  HOWEVER...WEAK SFC WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
