   WILL MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST WHILE ANOTHER IMPULSE MOVES
   ACROSS THE GULF OF MEXICO. IN THE WEST...BUILDING UPPER RIDGE WILL
   RESULT IN YET MORE ABOVE NORMAL/RECORD TEMPERATURES ON THURSDAY. AT
   THE SFC...SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT WILL EXTEND FROM THE TN VALLEY AND
   THROUGH THE SRN PLAINS BY EVENING. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND TSTMS WILL
   BE POSSIBLE INVOF OF THE FRONT...PARTICULARLY EAST OF THE MS RIVER.
   WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST.
