   SERN AND MID ATLANTIC STATES...WITH LOW RH AND GUSTY WINDS. FARTHER
   W...LOWERING PRESSURE ACROSS THE PLAINS WILL RESULT IN INCREASED SLY
   WINDS BUT WITH INCREASING MOISTURE. A MARGINAL FIRE THREAT WILL
   EXIST ACROSS THE SWRN STATES AS A WEAK UPPER TROUGH MOVES ALONG ATOP
   A VERY WARM AND DRY AIRMASS.

   PRESSURE IN PLACE. TEMPERATURES WILL RISE INTO THE 60S N TO LOWER
   70S SRN FL...WITH RH MAINLY IN THE 20S. THE RH WILL REMAIN
   CRITICALLY LOW FOR 6-9 HOURS. WINDS WILL BE WEAKER THAN PREVIOUS
   DAY...BUT ENOUGH OF A GRADIENT WILL EXIST FOR 10-15 MPH NELY WINDS
   MOSTLY ACROSS CNTRL AND SRN FL. GIVEN POCKETS OF HIGH KBDI VALUES
   ESPECIALLY S CNTRL FL...LOCALIZED CRITICAL CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY
   THIS AFTERNOON.

   IT WILL REMAIN EXTREMELY WARM AND DRY TODAY WITH AN INCREASE IN WIND
   DUE TO A WEAK SHORTWAVE TROUGH ALOFT. SUSTAINED WINDS WILL INCREASE
   TO 15-20 MPH ACROSS NRN AZ...WITH LESSER SPEEDS ELSEWHERE. HIGHER
   GUSTS ARE LIKELY DURING PEAK HEATING HOURS DUE TO STRONG MIXING. RH
   LEVELS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND LOWER TEENS WILL BE WIDESPREAD. THE
   DRY AIR COMBINED WITH STEEP LOW TO MID LEVEL LAPSE RATES WILL RESULT
   IN A MDT HAINES INDEX. ALL THESE VARIABLES WILL RESULT IN INCREASED
   FIRE DANGER AND NEAR CRITICAL CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON.

   HIGH PRESSURE WILL STILL EXIST ACROSS THE SERN STATES BUT WILL BE
   WEAKENING...ALLOWING FOR INCREASING MOISTURE LEVELS. A WEAK UPPER
   WAVE WILL MOVE OVER THE SRN PLAINS AND HELP PRODUCE WINDY AND DRY
   CONDITIONS FROM NM INTO W TX.
   
   ...SRN AZ/NM INTO W TX...
   A WEAK UPPER DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA MON.  WINDS WILL
   INCREASE TO 15-20 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS...WHILE RH DROPS INTO THE
   SINGLE DIGITS. IT WILL BE VERY WARM WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 80S TO
   NEAR 90 SERN NM INTO SWRN TX. GIVEN INCREASED WINDS AND LOW
   RH...MARGINAL FIRE THREAT IS LIKELY MON AFTERNOON.

   AIR MASS OVER FL/GA/CAROLINAS WILL MODIFY AND MOISTEN AS SURFACE
   HIGH SHIFTS FARTHER E AND ELY WINDS BLOW OFF THE ATLANTIC.
   STILL...MODERATELY LOW RH VALUES INTO THE 30-40 PERCENT RANGE WILL
   OCCUR EXCEPT ALONG THE E COASTS WHERE ONSHORE FLOW WILL KEEP RH UP.
