   AFTERNOON ACROSS THE HIGH PLAINS OF NORTHEAST/EAST CENTRAL NM INTO
   SOUTHWEST KS AND THE OK/TX PANHANDLES. OWING TO DEEP BOUNDARY LAYER
   MIXING...SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS COULD REACH 20 MPH /WITH HIGHER
   GUSTS/ THIS AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY ACROSS NORTHEAST NM. AFTERNOON
   TEMPERATURES WILL REACH THE MIDDLE 70S TO LOWER 80S...WITH MINIMUM
