   AMPLIFIED DOWNSTREAM RIDGE AXIS WILL SHIFT EWD TOWARDS THE E COAST.
   SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN ANCHORED ACROSS SERN CANADA AND
   NEW ENGLAND. RATHER DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE IN THIS REGION WITH
   WEAK WINDS. IN THE SOUTHWEST...WEAK RIDGING THROUGH THE TROPOSPHERIC
   COLUMN WILL MAINTAIN WARM/DRY CONDITIONS AND MODEST FLOW.

   E OF THE ROCKIES. IN THE NWRN CONUS...AN UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH WILL
   SLOWLY AMPLIFY FROM SWRN CANADA WITH STRONGER MID-LEVEL FLOW
   EXPANDING SWD ACROSS THE NRN/CNTRL GREAT BASIN.

   SWLY LOW/MID-LEVEL FLOW WILL INCREASE SLOWLY THROUGH THE PERIOD WITH
   A WARM AND DRY AIR MASS BEING MAINTAINED NE OF THE MOJAVE DESERT.
   DURING PEAK MIXING...LATE AFTERNOON WIND SPEEDS WILL LIKELY APPROACH
   20 MPH FOR A FEW HOURS. THIS WILL COINCIDE WITH RH VALUES OF 8 TO 15
   PERCENT AND TEMPERATURES FROM THE UPPER 60S TO MIDDLE 80S.
