   THROUGH THE PERIOD. AHEAD OF THIS TROUGH...STRONG SFC WINDS AND LOW
   RH READINGS WILL LEAD TO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS OVER
   PORTIONS OF WEST TX /WEST OF A DRYLINE/. MEANWHILE...A BROAD AREA OF
   HIGH PRESSURE AT THE SFC WILL SUPPORT LOW RH READINGS OVER MUCH OF
   THE SERN STATES.
   
   ...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER AREA - PORTION OF WEST TX...
   
   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: SUSTAINED WLY WINDS FROM 25-35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
   TO 50 MPH...LOW RH READINGS AROUND 15 PERCENT
   
   A SEASONABLY STRONG UPPER TROUGH WILL MOVE FROM THE SOUTHWESTERN
   STATES INTO THE SRN PLAINS THROUGH TONIGHT. AHEAD OF THIS
   TROUGH...STEEP LOW-MID LEVEL LAPSE RATES WILL SUPPORT MOMENTUM
   TRANSFER OF STRONG WINDS ALOFT TOWARDS THE SURFACE. SOUTH OF A COLD
   FRONT AND TO THE WEST OF A DRYLINE...A WARM/DRY AIRMASS WILL EXIST
   OVER THE AREA WITH RH READINGS FROM 10-15 PERCENT. THE COMBINATION
   OF WINDS/LOW RH READINGS WILL SUPPORT A CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
   THREAT.
   
   ...SERN STATES...
   MIN RH READINGS FROM 20-30 PERCENT WILL SUPPORT VERY HIGH FIRE
   DANGERS OVER MUCH OF THE SERN STATES TODAY. HOWEVER...GIVEN THE
   PRESENCE OF A HIGH PRESSURE IN PROXIMITY TO THE REGION...SUSTAINED
   WINDS WILL AVERAGE LESS THAN 10 MPH PRECLUDING A CRITICAL FIRE

   THROUGH THE PERIOD. BREEZY CONDITIONS AND LOW RH READINGS WILL
   SUPPORT A CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER THREAT TO PORTIONS OF THE SRN GREAT
   BASIN AND LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY AS A RESULT OF THE APPROACH OF
   THIS UPPER SYSTEM. ELSEWHERE...ANOTHER UPPER TROUGH WILL MOVE OUT OF
   THE SRN PLAINS INTO THE SERN STATES. IN THE WAKE OF THIS SYSTEM AND
   IT/S ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT...LOW RH READINGS AND MODERATE WINDS WILL
   OCCUR OVER SRN/SWRN TX.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: SUSTAINED SSWLY WINDS FROM 20-25 MPH...RH
   READINGS FROM 8-12 PERCENT...LONG TERM DROUGHT
   
   ANOTHER SEASONABLY STRONG UPPER TROUGH WILL DIG SEWD INTO THE WEST
   THROUGH THE PERIOD. AHEAD OF THIS TROUGH...STRENGTHENING WIND
   PROFILES AT MID LEVELS WILL SUPPORT AND AREA OF DEEPENING LOW
   PRESSURE IN THE NRN GREAT BASIN. THE RESULT WILL BE INCREASING SLY
   SFC WINDS ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE AFTERNOON. VERY LOW DEWPTS IN
   THE SINGLE DIGITS/TEENS ALONG WITH NEAR NORMAL TEMPERATURES IN THE
   70S/80S WILL SUPPORT MIN RH READINGS LESS THAN 10 PERCENT ACROSS
   MUCH OF THE AREA ON DAY 2 LEADING TO A CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER THREAT.

   IN THE WAKE OF A STRONG UPPER TROUGH MOVING INTO THE SOUTHEAST...A
   COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SWD THROUGH SRN TX EARLY TOMORROW. BEHIND THIS
   FRONT...COOL TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S/70S AND DEWPTS IN THE 30S WILL
   SUPPORT MIN RH READINGS FROM 20-30 PERCENT. MODERATE NWLY WINDS WILL
   ACCOMPANY THESE LOW RH READINGS TO SUPPORT VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER.
