   ROCKIES/DESERT SW. SURFACE HIGH OVER THE SERN STATES WILL MAINTAIN
   WARM BUT DRY CONDITIONS...BUT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT. IT WILL BE MUCH
   COOLER ACROSS NEW ENGLAND IN POST FRONTAL REGIME...WITH NWLY WINDS
   BUT CONTINUED LOW HUMIDITY.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: STRONG WLY WINDS AND LOW RH
   
   STRONG WNWLY FLOW AROUND THE BACKSIDE OF A DEVELOPING LOW WILL
   INCREASE TO 20-30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 30-40 MPH BY AFTERNOON. STRONG
   HEATING AND MIXING WILL ALLOW RH TO DROP TO 10-15 PERCENT.

   NEAR CRITICAL CONDITIONS WILL EXIST TODAY DUE TO STRONG WLY WINDS.
   THE MITIGATING FACTOR WILL BE COOLER TEMPERATURES AND THUS ONLY
   MARGINALLY LOW RH...FROM 15 PERCENT SRN AZ TO 25 PERCENT WRN NM.

   AFTER A WARM AND WINDY DAY ON MONDAY...IT WILL BE MUCH COOLER AS
   HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN. TEMPERATURES WILL MAINLY BE IN THE
   60S...BUT LOWER DEWPOINTS WILL STILL ALLOW MIN RH TO DROP TO 20-30
   PERCENT BY AFTERNOON. IN ADDITION...NWLY WINDS NEAR 15 MPH WILL
   OCCUR. GIVEN CONTINUED DRY CONDITIONS...A MARGINAL FIRE THREAT WILL
   EXIST.

   RH LEVELS WILL BE HIGHER TODAY AS HIGH WEAKENS AND AIR MASS

   RH. MODERATE WINDS WILL OCCUR FROM NM INTO SWRN TX AS HIGH PRESSURE
   BUILDS BEHIND COLD FRONT...WITH VERY LOW RH ALSO EXPECTED. TO THE
   E...IT WILL REMAIN VERY WARM OVER THE SERN STATES...BUT RH WILL BE
   HIGHER THAN PREVIOUS DAYS DUE TO FLOW OFF THE GULF.

   MARGINAL FIRE THREAT WILL EXIST TODAY WITH NWLY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH
   FROM SRN NM INTO SWRN TX. RH WILL AVERAGE 15-20 PERCENT OVER MUCH OF
   THE AREA WITH THE LOWEST VALUES FROM 10-15 PERCENT ACROSS THE RIO
