   EARLY MORNING WATER VAPOR LOOPS SHOW NEXT STORM SYSTEM APPROACHING
   FROM THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST WITH TROUGH AXIS FORECAST TO MOVE ONSHORE
   BY EARLY EVENING. ASSOCIATED JET STREAK WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NRN
   GREAT BASIN AND NRN ROCKIES REGION...WHILE SFC LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
   DEEPENS FROM WY THROUGH SRN NV. COLD FRONT WILL SLOWLY MOVE SEWD
   THROUGH THE DAY ACROSS NV/NRN UT...BUT STRONG SFC WINDS AND VERY DRY
   CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED SOUTH/EAST OF THE BOUNDARY. ELSEWHERE...SFC
   RIDGE WILL REMAIN THE DOMINANT FEATURE IN THE SOUTHEAST WITH VERY
   LOW HUMIDITY PERSISTING TODAY.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: SUSTAINED WINDS 15-25 MPH/MIN RH VALUES BELOW 10
   PERCENT/LONG TERM DROUGHT
   
   SFC WINDS WILL INCREASE FROM THE W/SW AHEAD OF DRY COLD FRONT THIS
   AFTN. PRIMARY SFC LOW WILL DEEPEN ALONG THE WY/MT BORDER WITH COLD
   FRONT EXTENDING FROM JUST WEST OF SALT LAKE CITY TO NEAR EUREKA NV
   BY LATE AFTN. MAX TEMPS WILL BE IN THE 80S/90S SOUTH OF THE
   BOUNDARY...WITH 100S IN THE LOWER CO VALLEY. MIN RH VALUES WILL
   GENERALLY RANGE FROM AROUND 6-15 PERCENT. RECENT OBSERVED FIRE
   DANGER CLASS VALUES ARE VERY HIGH TO EXTREME. ALTHOUGH BUILDUPS ARE
   POSSIBLE ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF SRN/CNTRL UT...BEST MID-LEVEL
   MOISTURE FOR TSTMS SHOULD REMAIN ACROSS ERN UT/WRN CO.

   MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL FALL BELOW 20-25 PERCENT AGAIN TODAY
   ESPECIALLY FROM THE CAROLINA PIEDMONT THROUGH SRN/CNTRL PORTIONS OF
   GA/AL AND THE FL PANHANDLE. SFC WINDS WILL BE RELATIVELY LIGHT UNDER
   THE INFLUENCE OF HIGH PRESSURE.

   TUESDAY...MAINTAINING STRONG MID LEVEL FLOW ACROSS THE NRN
   ROCKIES/NRN HIGH PLAINS THROUGH THE PERIOD. SFC LOW PRESSURE WILL
   MOVE ACROSS THE NRN PLAINS MONDAY AFTN WITH COLD FRONT EXTENDING
   SWWD FROM WRN SD THROUGH SCNTRL UT/CNTRL NV. SOUTH OF THE
   FRONT...VERY WARM AND WINDY WEATHER IS FORECAST ACROSS PORTIONS OF
   SRN UT/NRN AZ.

   TSTMS ARE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY INVOF OF THE COLD FRONT IN SCNTRL

   STRENGTHENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN SD WILL INCREASE PRESSURE
   GRADIENT SIGNIFICANTLY RESULTING IN VERY STRONG WINDS ON MONDAY.
   SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20-30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS ARE LIKELY FROM OK TO
   THE DAKOTAS/MN. MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL BE SUFFICIENTLY HIGH SUCH
   THAT A CRITICAL FIRE OUTLOOK WILL NOT BE WARRANTED.
