   ARCING FROM THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS INTO THE FOUR CORNERS
   VICINITY. ASIDE FROM A WEAK BACKDOOR COLD FRONT ACROSS PORTIONS OF
   THE MID ATLANTIC STATES/CAROLINAS...UPPER RIDGING/SURFACE HIGH
   PRESSURE WILL KEEP DRY CONDITIONS ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST STATES/FL.
   
   ...FL/GA...
   WITH HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED ALONG THE MID ATLANTIC
   SEABOARD...MODERATELY LOW RH AND EASTERLY WINDS OF 10-15 MPH ARE
   AGAIN EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS NORTHERN FL/SOUTHERN GA. WARM
   TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 80S/AROUND 90 WILL RESULT IN MINIMUM RH
   VALUES OF 30-35 PERCENT SOUTHERN GA...WITH SLIGHTLY HIGHER VALUES
   ACROSS INTERIOR NORTHERN/CENTRAL FL. THESE CONDITIONS...ALONG WITH
   EXTREME DROUGHT AND KBDI VALUES IN EXCESS OF 600...WILL LEAD TO
   INCREASED AFTERNOON FIRE GROWTH POTENTIAL THIS AFTERNOON.
   
   ...FOUR CORNERS OF UT/CO/AZ/NM...
   A COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO SLIDE SOUTHEASTWARD TOWARD THE FOUR
   CORNERS VICINITY THIS AFTERNOON. A WARM/DRY AIRMASS WILL EXIST AHEAD
   OF THE FRONT...WITH AFTERNOON MINIMUM RH VALUES OF 10-15 PERCENT.
   SUSTAINED WESTERLY WINDS WILL BE AS HIGH AS 15-20 MPH...WITH SOME
   HIGHER GUSTS. IN ADDITION...A FEW MAINLY DRY THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
   POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHERN CO THIS AFTERNOON/EARLY EVENING. ALTHOUGH
   MOIST FUEL CONDITIONS WILL MINIMIZE THE FIRE THREAT ACROSS
