   UPPER LOW NOW APPROACHING THE WRN DAKOTAS WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN
   85-95KT MID LEVEL JET STREAK EXTENDING SWWD INTO THE SRN HIGH
   PLAINS. DEEP SFC LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER
   MIDWEST WITH WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND TSTMS. BECAUSE OF THE INTENSE
   SFC PRESSURE GRADIENT...VERY STRONG SFC WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
   PORTIONS OF THE SOUTHWEST INCLUDING NM AND FAR W TX AND ACROSS THE
   SRN/CNTRL PLAINS. ALTHOUGH A FEW AREAS MAY EXPERIENCE CRITICAL FIRE
   WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR A SHORT TIME TODAY...AN OUTLOOK WILL NOT BE
   ISSUED DUE TO LIMITED AREA AND DURATION OF EVENT.

   MAX TEMPS WILL CLIMB INTO THE 80S AND 90S ACROSS THE AREA...WITH RH
   VALUES DIPPING BELOW 15 PERCENT. IN ADDITION...STRONG WEST WINDS
   WILL AVERAGE 25-35 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS POSSIBLE. THIS WILL
   UNDOUBTEDLY INCREASE THE POTENTIAL FOR WIND DRIVEN WILDFIRES SHOULD
   IGNITIONS OCCUR. HOWEVER...RECENT MOISTURE/GREENUP CONDITIONS WILL
   MITIGATE CRITICAL FIRE CONCERNS.

   HUDSON BAY. IN THE WEST...WEAK IMPULSE OVER THE GREAT BASIN WILL
   REMAIN FAIRLY STATIONARY THROUGH SATURDAY. WIDESPREAD SHOWERS/TSTMS
   ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE OH/TN VALLEYS AND LOWER MS VALLEY AHEAD OF A
