   WESTERLIES WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE NORTHERN TIER OF STATES AND
   CANADA THROUGH THE PERIOD. IN THE WAKE OF THE UPPER TROUGH MOVING
   ACROSS THE CENTRAL CANADIAN PROVINCES...UPPER RIDGE WILL BEGIN TO
   BUILD OVER THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST/NORTHERN INTERMOUNTAIN REGION.
   SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE COMMON FROM THE SOUTHERN
   GREAT BASIN/FOUR CORNERS TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES...IN ADDITION TO
   MUCH OF THE GULF COAST STATES. EITHER LIGHT WINDS...HIGH RH
   VALUES...AND/OR MOIST FUELS SUGGEST CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
