COMBINED WITH LOW RH READINGS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE PLATEAU REGION
OF NWRN AZ THIS AFTERNOON LEADING TO CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS. ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE NATION...AN UPPER SYSTEM WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE PLAINS STATES. AN INCREASING PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN
AN ASSOCIATED SFC LOW PRESSURE/TROUGH OVER THE HIGH PLAINS AND A
BROAD AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE APPALACHIANS WILL SUPPORT
MODERATE SLY WINDS OVER MUCH OF THE PLAINS. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL
BE ACCOMPANIED BY MOIST AIR...NEGATING ANY CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
   THREAT.

SYSTEM...STRENGTHENING MID LEVEL WINDS COMBINED WITH STEEP LOW-MID
LEVEL LAPSE RATES /TO THE WEST OF A SFC TROUGH/ WILL SUPPORT AN
INCREASE IN SFC WINDS TODAY. DRY AIR /DEWPTS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS
AND TEENS/ HAS MOVED EWD INTO THE AREA EARLY THIS MORNING IN
RESPONSE TO THE PASSAGE OF THE FIRST UPPER SYSTEM. AS TEMPERATURES
WARM LATER TODAY...MIN RH READINGS FROM 5-10 PERCENT WILL COMBINE
WITH THE WINDS TO SUPPORT A CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER THREAT.

   ...WRN SD/WRN ND...

AROUND 15 MPH. MILD TEMPERATURES IN THE 80S AND DEWPTS IN THE 30S
