   A STRONG UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
   WILL MOVE SLOWLY SOUTHWARD ALONG THE CALIFORNIA COAST THROUGH THE
   PERIOD.  THIS WILL BRING COOLER WEATHER ALONG WITH AN INCREASED
   CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS TO PORTIONS OF CALIFORNIA. 
   ELSEWHERE...A STRONG UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM AND COLD FRONT WILL
   MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS THE NORTHERN ROCKIES AND INTO THE DAKOTAS.
   
   AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL GENERALLY HOLD OVER THE
   CENTRAL AND EASTERN U.S. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE LOW PRESSURE
   SYSTEM OVER FLORIDA MOVING SLOWLY WEST/NORTHWESTWARD
   
   ...SOUTHERN NV/SOUTHWEST UT/NORTHWEST AZ...
   THIS AREA WILL SEE STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH WITH
   SOME HIGHER GUSTS...BUT EXPECT AFTERNOON HUMIDITY TO BE HIGHER AND
   GENERALLY IN THE 20 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE AS LOWER LEVEL MOISTURE
   AHEAD OF THE UPPER LOW OVER CALIFORNIA SLOWLY INCREASES.
   
   ...SOUTHERN WY...
   WINDS WILL BE GUSTY SOUTHWEST TO WESTERLY WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE
   LOW 70S. LOWEST AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP INTO THE 20 TO
   30 PERCENT RANGE.

   THE STRONG UPPER LEVEL LOW OVER CALIFORNIA WILL MOVE LITTLE DURING
   THE FORECAST PERIOD.  MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE OVER THE
   SOUTHWEST AHEAD OF THIS SYSTEM AND PARTS OF THE SOUTHWEST INCLUDING
   CALIFORNIA WILL SEE AN INCREASED CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
   THUNDERSTORMS.
   
   THE STRONG STORM SYSTEM AND COLD FRONT OVER THE DAKOTAS ON THURSDAY
   WILL MOVE EASTWARD INTO THE GREAT LAKES REGION.  THE BROAD UPPER
   LEVEL LOW INITIALLY VICINITY OF FLORIDA WILL MOVE SLOWLY NORTHWEST
   AND PRODUCE SOME PRECIPITATION FOR PARTS OF THE SOUTHEAST.

   AFTERNOON HUMIDITY WILL BE LOW...GENERALLY AROUND 20 PERCENT ON
   FRIDAY...HOWEVER WINDS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE AS STRONG.
