   UPPER LEVEL LOW JUST OFF CALIFORNIA COAST WILL MOVE ONLY SLOWLY
   TOWARDS THE COAST TODAY.  RAIN AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED
   WITH THE LOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.  MOISTURE WILL
   SLOWLY INCREASE ACROSS MUCH OF THE WEST AHEAD OF THE UPPER LOW. 
   ELSEWHERE...A VIGOROUS UPPER LEVEL LOW AND COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
   QUICKLY ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS WITH THUNDERSTORMS AHEAD OF THE
   SYSTEM AND COOLER WEATHER BEHIND THE FRONT.  THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
   OFF THE WEST COAST OF FLORIDA WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD RAIN AND
   THUNDERSTORMS OVER FLORIDA AND THE SOUTHEAST.
   
   ...SOUTHERN WYOMING...
   AFTERNOON HUMIDITY MAY ONCE AGAIN DROP TO AROUND 20 PERCENT FOR A
   FEW HOURS...BUT SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS TODAY ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE AS
   STRONG TODAY.
