   INTO THE NRN PLAINS. MEANWHILE...UPPER RIDGE AXIS WILL BE ACROSS THE
   W COAST WITH VERY LOW RH AND MAINLY WEAK WINDS. ELSEWHERE...WARM AND
   DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE MID ATLANTIC UNDER UPPER
   RIDGE WITH WEAK SLY WINDS.

   MDT NWLY FLOW WILL EXIST IN WAKE OF UPPER TROUGH WITH WINDS
   INCREASING TO 15-25 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS. IT WILL START OFF
   COOL...AND BY AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WILL MAINLY BE IN THE UPPER 60S

   ACROSS THE UPPER MS VALLEY/GREAT LAKES THUR MORNING.
   MEANWHILE...ANOTHER UPPER TROUGH WILL APPROACH THE PACIFIC NW AND
   WILL CAUSE RAPID PRESSURE FALLS INTO WA/OR...INCREASING SWLY WINDS
   BY LATE IN THE DAY. ELSEWHERE...A VERY DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN OVER
   MOST OF THE GREAT BASIN AND SWRN STATES WITH LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS DUE
   TO MIXING.

   MARGINAL FIRE WEATHER THREAT WILL EXIST LATE IN THE AFTERNOON ON
   THURSDAY AS POWERFUL UPPER TROUGH ENTERS THE PACIFIC NW. SWLY WINDS
   WILL INCREASE TO 15-20 MPH WHILE RH DROPS INTO THE TEENS.
   TEMPERATURES WILL LARGELY BE IN THE 70-80F RANGE...BUT DEEP MIXING
   LAYERS WILL STILL RESULT WITH PEAK HEATING. THUS...EXPECT STRONG
   WIND GUSTS ESPECIALLY NEAR RIDGETOPS...WITH GUSTY WINDS CONTINUING
