   ...NO CRITICAL AREAS...

   ...SYNOPSIS...
THE VIGOROUS UPPER LEVEL LOW OVER THE INTER-MOUNTAIN WEST WILL LIFT
OUT TO THE NORTHEAST...ACROSS THE DAKOTAS TODAY AND EVENTUALLY INTO
THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES BY THE END OF THE PERIOD. AS THE SYSTEM

WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN WITH THE OFF SHORE WIND EVENT DIMINISHING
DURING THE DAY. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL PUSH THROUGH THE MID SECTION
OF THE COUNTRY AND A LARGE BUT WEAK SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM
   WILL HOLD OVER THE SOUTHEAST.

   ...SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA...
HUMIDITY HAS REMAINED LOW OVERNIGHT AND WILL REMAIN EXTREMELY LOW
AND OR LIKELY DROP TO 5 TO 15 PERCENT DURING THE EARLY MORNING
ALTHOUGH OFF SHORE WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO DIMINISH. THIS WILL
RESULT IN LIGHT WINDS BY AFTERNOON IN MOST SECTIONS...BUT WITH
EXTREMELY LOW HUMIDITY INTO EARLY EVENING. EVENTUALLY LIGHT ON
SHORE WINDS WILL BEGIN TO PICK UP IN THE EARLY EVENING AND SLOWLY
THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL INCREASE...FIRST NEAR THE COAST AND THEN
SLOWLY INLAND. THE LAST AREAS TO SEE ANY INCREASE IN HUMIDITY WILL
BE THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS INLAND AND HUMIDITY THERE WILL ONLY
GRADUALLY INCREASE DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.
