   AND WRN KS. THIS WILL RESULT IN WARM AND DRY SWLY WINDS FROM NM EWD
   INTO THE SRN PLAINS AND MUCH COOLER TEMPERATURES INTO WRN CO...UT
   AND AZ.
   
   TO THE E...A SURFACE HIGH WILL BE CENTERED OVER THE SRN APPALACHIANS
   AND WILL RESULT IN VERY DRY CONDITIONS OVER THE SERN STATES WHERE
   DROUGHT PERSISTS. HOWEVER...WINDS WILL BE LIGHT.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: STRONG WINDS AND LOW RH
   
   A STRONG UPPER TROUGH WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA TODAY WITH LOW
   PRESSURE DEEPENING OVER SERN CO. THIS WILL RESULT IN STRONG SWLY
   WINDS AVERAGING 20-30 MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS OF 30-40 MPH.
   TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE 70S OVER CNTRL NM TO THE MID 80S
   ACROSS THE NM ERN PLAINS INTO WRN TX...ALLOWING RH TO FALL TO 10-15
   PERCENT SOUTH CNTRL NM TO NEAR 20 PERCENT WRN TX.
   
   ...LOWER MS VALLEY EWD INTO THE CAROLINAS...
   A BROAD AREA OF MILD AND VERY DRY CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL THIS
   AFTERNOON UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF HIGH PRESSURE. MIN RH VALUES WILL
   LIKELY RANGE FROM 25-30 PERCENT FROM AR/LA EWD INTO THE CAROLINAS.
   WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AREAWIDE.

   NEB/KS BY SUN AFTERNOON WITH SFC LOW OVER WRN KS. A COLD FRONT WILL
   EXTEND FROM WRN KS INTO NERN NM...WITH STRONG NWLY WINDS BEHIND IT
   AND COOLER TEMPERATURES. RELATIVELY WARM AND WINDY WEATHER WILL
   PREVAIL AHEAD OF THIS FRONT AND W OF THE DRYLINE...FROM SWRN KS INTO
   THE NRN TX PANHANDLE. THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE RAPIDLY SEWD
   OVERNIGHT...AND WILL LIE ALONG A SLN TO SPS LINE BY MONDAY MORNING.
   
   MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE MID ATLANTIC WILL MAINTAIN MILD
   BUT VERY DRY CONDITIONS WITH LIGHT WINDS...AND RELATIVELY COOL
   CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE WRN STATES IN WAKE OF THE PLAINS
   TROUGH.
   
   ...SWRN KS INTO THE NRN TX PANHANDLE...
   IT WILL BE WINDY AND WARM SUN AFTERNOON AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT WHICH
   WILL LIE FROM WRN KS INTO NERN NM AROUND 21Z. SWLY WINDS OF 15-25
   MPH WILL BE COMMON WITH HIGHER GUSTS...WHILE RH DROPS INTO THE 20-30
   PERCENT RANGE. THIS MAY RESULT IN A MARGINAL FIRE THREAT BEFORE THE
   FRONT MOVES THROUGH BY EARLY EVENING WHEN WINDS SHIFT TO NWLY AT
   15-20 MPH AND TEMPERATURES COOL.
