   WILL MOVE INTO THE WRN GREAT BASIN...WITH INCREASING WINDS BUT ONLY
   MARGINALLY LOW RH OVER SRN AND ERN NV AND WRN UT. WARM AND DRY
   CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE MID ATLANTIC STATES UNDER THE
   INFLUENCE HIGH PRESSURE BUT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT.

   INDUCE VERY STRONG SLY WINDS ACROSS THE CNTRL/SRN PLAINS AS LOW
   PRESSURE DEEPENS TO THE W.  WINDS WILL ALSO PICK UP OVER SRN
   CA/AZ/NM WITH BASE OF UPPER TROUGH OVERHEAD.
   
   ...WRN OK/TX PANHANDLES WWD ACROSS NM AND INTO AZ AND SRN CA...
   WINDS WILL INCREASE SUBSTANTIALLY ACROSS THE SRN HIGH PLAINS IN
   RESPONSE TO LOW PRESSURE DEEPENING OVER CO/NM. SUSTAINED WINDS OF
   20-30 MPH APPEAR LIKELY FROM SWRN KS/SERN CO INTO WRN OK/TX AND ERN
   NM. HOWEVER...RH LEVELS SHOULD REMAIN ABOVE 20 PERCENT. 
   
   FARTHER W...LOWER RH OF 15-20 PERCENT WILL OCCUR OVER MUCH OF NM AND
   AZ...ALONG WITH SWLY WINDS SUSTAINED NEAR 15-20 MPH. HIGHER GUSTS
   WILL BE COMMON AS WELL...BUT MARGINAL RH AND RELATIVELY COOL
   TEMPERATURES WILL MITIGATE OVERALL FIRE THREAT.
