   A STRONG UPPER TROUGH WILL PROGRESS EWD ACROSS THE NRN PLAINS AND
   INTO THE GREAT LAKES WITH ASSOCIATED SURFACE COLD FRONT EXTENDING
   SWD INTO THE MS VALLEY. BEHIND THE FRONT...COOL DRY AND BREEZY
   CONDITIONS WILL EXIST ACROSS THE PLAINS STATES. AHEAD OF THE
   FRONT...A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL REMAIN FROM THE MID ATLANTIC INTO
   THE TN VALLEY...WITH LOW AFTERNOON RH. DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST
   ACROSS THE SW WITH LOW RH AND GENERALLY WEAK WINDS.
   
   ...PLAINS...
   HIGH PRESSURE WILL SURGE SWD ACROSS THE PLAINS WITH GUSTY WINDS AND
   MARGINALLY LOW RH BY AFTERNOON. NWLY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH WITH HIGHER
   GUSTS ARE LIKELY ACROSS THE DAKOTAS...WITH RH RANGING FROM 15-25
   PERCENT. COOL TEMPERATURES IN THE 40S AND 50S WILL MITIGATE THE FIRE
   THREAT.  FARTHER S INTO WRN KS/OK/TX PANHANDLE...IT WILL BE WARMER
   WITH HIGHS FROM 55-65...AND RH MAINLY IN THE 20 PERCENT RANGE AT
   PEAK HEATING. NELY WINDS OF 15-25 MPH WILL BE LIKELY.

   DAKOTAS. STRONG WINDS...LOW RH...BUT COOL TEMPERATURES WILL RESULT.
   A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH WILL ALSO DEVELOP OVER ERN CO...WHICH WILL
   INDUCE GUSTY SLY WINDS OVER WRN KS/NEB/OK/TX.
   
   ...ERN MT...WRN DAKOTAS...
   STRONG NWLY FLOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION AS A LOW AMPLITUDE UPPER
   TROUGH MOVES OUT OF CANADA. SUSTAINED NWLY WINDS OF 20-30 MPH ARE
   LIKELY. ALTHOUGH THE DAY WILL START OUT COOL...TEMPERATURES SHOULD
   WARM TO 55-60 F...PRODUCING MIN RH VALUES NEAR 20 PERCENT.
   
   ...SERN CO...WRN KS...TX/OK PANHANDLES...
   A VERY DRY AIR MASS WILL BE IN PLACE WITH INCREASING WINDS THROUGH
   THE DAY. MIN RH IS EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 15-20 PERCENT...WHILE
   WINDS GUST OVER 20-25 MPH OUT OF THE SOUTH. THIS MAY YIELD MARGINAL
   FIRE CONCERNS FOR A FEW HOURS DURING THE AFTERNOON.
