   SERN STATES WHERE SEVERE DROUGHT PERSISTS WITH LOW AFTERNOON
   HUMIDITY. ANOTHER REINFORCING SURGE OF COOL HIGH PRESSURE WILL SHIFT
   SWD OUT OF CANADA INTO THE UPPER MS VALLEY. TO THE W...DRY
   CONDITIONS WILL EXIST ACROSS THE SWRN STATES UNDER BUILDING UPPER
   RIDGE.

   NEAR CRITICAL CONDITIONS WILL EXIST THIS AFTERNOON DUE TO VERY LOW
   RH AND EXTREME DROUGHT. PRESENCE OF HIGH PRESSURE AND STRONG HEATING
   WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO RISE INTO THE 60S WITH RH WELL INTO THE
   20 PERCENT RANGE. AS HIGH CENTER SHIFTS OFFSHORE...SWLY WINDS WILL
   INCREASE TO AROUND 10 MPH ACROSS NRN GA INTO THE CAROLINAS WITH
   WEAKER SPEEDS INTO CNTRL FL. CONDITIONS WILL STABILIZE QUICKLY ONCE
   THE PEAK HEATING HOURS PASS WITH GOOD RH RECOVERY OVERNIGHT.

   ACROSS THE CNTRL HIGH PLAINS WITH SLY WINDS DEVELOPING BY AFTERNOON
   AND LOW RH.

   SOME AIR MASS MODIFICATION WILL OCCUR ON SUNDAY WHICH WILL LEAD TO
   HIGHER RH VALUES AND A LESSENING FIRE THREAT. ALTHOUGH HIGH PRESSURE
   WILL REMAIN...THE GRADIENT WILL BE WEAKER THAN ON SATURDAY RESULTING
   IN LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS. MIN RH SHOULD REACH THE 30-40 PERCENT
   RANGE AT PEAK HEATING BEFORE RECOVERING BY EARLY EVENING.
