   ROCKIES WILL PRODUCE A LEE TROUGH INTO THE WRN DAKOTAS AND ERN MT
   WITH WINDY AND DRY WEATHER DEVELOPING. ELSEWHERE...IT WILL BE WARM
   AND DRY ACROSS THE SW UNDER UPPER RIDGE...WITH WEAK WINDS.

   SURFACE RIDGE AXIS WILL EXTEND WWD ACROSS SRN GA/NRN FL RESULTING IN
   WARM...CALM...AND DRY WEATHER THIS AFTERNOON. RH SHOULD DROP INTO
   THE 30 PERCENT RANGE WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES FROM THE UPPER 60S IN

   MOVES INTO THE GREAT BASIN. LOW PRESSURE DEEPENING OVER THE NRN
   ROCKIES WILL CREATE STRONG SWLY FLOW FROM THE GREAT BASIN INTO THE
   NRN HIGH PLAINS. AN EXTREMELY WARM AND DRY AIR MASS WILL EXIST OVER
   THE SRN HIGH PLAINS...WHERE GUSTY SWLY WINDS MAY RESULT IN CRITICAL
   FIRE CONDITIONS FOR A FEW HOURS. ELSEWHERE...SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE
   OVER THE SERN STATES WILL MAINTAIN LOW AFTERNOON HUMIDITY AND LIGHT
   WINDS.

   PRIMARY CONDITIONS: EXTREMELY DRY AND WARM CONDITIONS...MDT GUSTY

   CRITICAL CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY FOR A FEW HOURS DURING THE AFTERNOON
   AS A LEE TROUGH DEVELOPS. SW WINDS UP TO 20 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH
   HIGHER GUSTS OF 20-25 MPH. IT WILL BE VERY DRY AND WARM WITH RH
   DROPPING WELL INTO THE 10-15 PERCENT RANGE ALONG WITH HIGHS NEAR 80.

   SW WINDS WILL INCREASE AHEAD OF AN UPPER TROUGH WHICH WILL MOVE INTO
   THE GREAT BASIN LATE ON MONDAY. IT WILL BE DRY WITH RH INTO THE MID
   TEENS DESPITE RELATIVELY COOL TEMPERATURES INTO THE 60S. THE
   STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE OVER SRN WY WITH SUSTAINED SPEEDS OF 25-30
   MPH. FARTHER S INTO UT AND AZ...SUSTAINED WINDS OF 15-20 MPH ARE
   LIKELY WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
