   EXTEND FROM ERN IA SWWD INTO NWRN OK AT 00Z...WITH MUCH COOLER AIR
   AND STRONG WINDS BEHIND. WARM AND DRY WEATHER WILL CONTINUE S OF
   THIS FRONT...FROM ERN NM ACROSS W TX AND INTO WRN OK. WINDS WILL
   INCREASE OVER AZ/NM AS BASE OF UPPER TROUGH ENTERS FROM THE N.
   
   ...ERN NM...NWRN TX...WRN OK...
   NEAR CRITICAL FIRE CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED FOR A FEW HOURS THIS
   AFTERNOON. LOW PRESSURE WILL DEEPEN OVER THE TX PANHANDLE AHEAD OF
   APPROACHING UPPER TROUGH AND SOUTH OF A COLD FRONT. VERY WARM
   TEMPERATURES IN THE 70S TO LOWER 80S WILL RESULT IN MIN RH VALUES OF
   10-15 PERCENT FROM NM INTO W TX...AND FROM 20-25 PERCENT INTO WRN
   OK. SUSTAINED SWLY WINDS SHOULD AVERAGE 15-20 MPH...BUT THERE WILL
   BE HIGHER GUSTS. THE STRONGEST GUSTS OF 20-30 MPH WILL BE OVER OK
   BUT RH VALUES WILL BE HIGHER THERE.
   
   THE COLD FRONT WILL SURGE SWD BRINGING SHIFTING WINDS AND MUCH
   COOLER TEMPERATURES. THE FRONT WILL LIE FROM NWRN OK ACROSS THE
   CNTRL TX PANHANDLE AT 00Z...AND WILL MAKE IT TO I-20 BY 12Z WED.
   
   ...NRN AZ AND NM...
   AS UPPER TROUGH NEARS...SW WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15-20 MPH WITH
   HIGHER GUSTS ESPECIALLY NEAR RIDGE TOPS. RH WILL REMAIN VERY LOW
   FROM 10-15 PERCENT DESPITE RELATIVELY COOL TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S
   AND 70S. RH WILL RECOVER WITH RAPIDLY COOLING TEMPERATURES AFTER

   VALLEY...WITH WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION ALONG THE FRONT. HIGH
   PRESSURE WILL PROVIDE COOL AND DRY WEATHER TO THE PLAINS AND NWRN
   U.S. A DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN OVER THE SWRN STATES...AS UPPER
   RIDGE BUILDS OFF THE PACIFIC COAST. LOCALLY STRONG WIND GUSTS ARE
   LIKELY FOR PORTIONS OF SRN CA.
   
   ...SRN CA...
   LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS WILL EXIST ON WED MAINLY OVER THE MTNS OF
   VENTURA AND LOS ANGELES COUNTIES. THE DRY WINDS WILL NOT MAKE IT TO
   THE COAST DUE TO A MARINE LAYER. WINDS OF 15-25 MPH WILL BE LIKELY
   WITH HIGHER GUSTS THROUGH PASSES AND CANYONS WHILE RH DIPS INTO THE
