   TO THE E...ONE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL EXTEND FROM THE NRN
   ROCKIES SEWD INTO THE UPPER MS VALLEY...WITH ANOTHER EXPANSIVE HIGH
   ACROSS THE ERN STATES AND WRN ATLANTIC. IN BETWEEN THESE TWO AREAS
   OF HIGH PRESSURE...A LEE LOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS ERN CO EXTENDING
   INTO NW TX...WITH VERY WARM...DRY...AND WINDY CONDITIONS PREVAILING
   FOR THE SRN HIGH PLAINS.

   SWLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20-25 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 30 MPH THIS
   AFTERNOON AS LEE TROUGH DEEPENS AND MIXING OCCURS. TEMPERATURES WILL
   REACH THE 70S...WITH MIN RH VALUES FROM 20-30 PERCENT IN GENERAL.

   RELATIVELY WARM AND DRY WEATHER WILL PERSIST OVER THE SRN HIGH
   PLAINS UNDER SWLY FLOW REGIME.

   APPROACHES FROM THE W. SUSTAINED SWLY WINDS AROUND 20 MPH ARE LIKELY
   WITH GUSTS OF 20-30 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON WITH MIXING. RH VALUES
