   ELEVATIONS OF THE FOUR CORNERS AREA AND CENTRAL ROCKIES...AS WELL AS
   THE CENTRAL PLAINS. MILD CONDITIONS WILL EXIST SOUTH OF A ROUGHLY
   WEST-EAST ORIENTED QUASI-STATIONARY FRONTAL BOUNDARY EXTENDING
   ACROSS THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TO THE TENNESSEE VALLEY...BUT FIRE
   WEATHER CONCERNS WILL BE LIMITED.
   
   ...EASTERN NM/FAR WEST TX...
   SOUTH OF A QUASI-STATIONARY FRONTAL BOUNDARY...BREEZY AND MILD
   CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS OF EAST
   CENTRAL/SOUTHEAST NM AND FAR WEST TX THIS AFTERNOON. SUSTAINED
   SOUTH-SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 15-20 MPH ARE LIKELY...WITH GUSTS TO 25-30
   MPH POSSIBLE DURING THE AFTERNOON. AFTERNOON RH VALUES WILL NOT BE
   PARTICULARLY LOW HOWEVER...GENERALLY RANGING FROM 25-35 PERCENT FOR
   A FEW HOURS DURATION.

   COOL/MOIST CONDITIONS AND/OR LIGHT WINDS WILL PRECLUDE A CRITICAL
