   SYSTEM WILL PROGRESS INTO THE ROCKIES BY THE END OF THE PERIOD.
   BEHIND THIS SYSTEM...MODERATE OFFSHORE WINDS WILL DEVELOP OVER
   SRN/CENTRAL CA. HOWEVER...MARGINAL RH READINGS WILL PRECLUDE A
   CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER THREAT.

   BEHIND AN UPPER TROUGH THAT WILL MOVE INTO THE ROCKIES BY THE END OF
   THE PERIOD...SFC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE GREAT BASIN
   TONIGHT. OFFSHORE WINDS FROM 15-30 MPH WILL DEVELOP IN THE FAVORED
   WIND AREAS IN RESPONSE TO THE INCREASING PRESSURE GRADIENT.
   GENERALLY COOL TEMPERATURES AND MARGINAL RH READINGS /ABOVE 20

   WILL BECOME ESTABLISHED OVER THE SRN GREAT BASIN FRI MORNING.
   OFFSHORE WINDS FROM 15-30 MPH WILL DEVELOP IN THE FAVORED WIND PRONE
   AREAS IN RESPONSE TO THE INCREASING PRESSURE GRADIENT...WITH THE
   STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON. MODERATE NLY
   WINDS FROM 15-20 MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE IN THE LOWER CO RIVER
   VALLEY. GENERALLY COOL/NORMAL TEMPERATURES IN THE 60S COMBINED WITH
   MARGINAL RH READINGS /ABOVE 20 PERCENT/ SHOULD PRECLUDE ANY CRITICAL
